I love to help students realize their potential and identify their dominant learning style while learning to adapt to all teaching styles (lecture, reading, discussion groups, etc) I was a musician growing up, playing trumpet and drums. I played in a band in high school recording and playing shows all over southern California. I also train Muay Thai which is the native sport of Thailand (Also known as Thai Kickboxing). I studied to become a Muay Thai instructor to acquire more teaching skills and help find balance between all areas of wellness (Physical, Mental, Intellectual and Social Wellness)
